This information must be read before taking part in any activity provided by Madness Events.

By participating, I understand and agree that:

• Madness Events activities may involve physical exertion and an inherent risk of injury, including slips, trips, falls and contact with equipment or other participants.

• I will follow all safety briefings, signage and instructions given by Madness Events staff.

• I will only use equipment, obstacles and activity areas as instructed or permitted by staff.

• I will use any required safety or protective equipment provided.

• I will not attempt any movement, trick or activity that has been prohibited by staff or that I do not feel capable of attempting safely.

• To the best of my knowledge, I am able to participate safely and will make staff aware of any relevant medical condition, injury, recent surgery, disability or additional support requirement before taking part.

• I will stop participating and inform a member of staff if I feel unwell, injured or unable to continue safely.

• Madness Events may refuse or stop participation if safety instructions are not followed or if staff believe continued participation could put myself or others at risk.

• I understand that Madness Events takes reasonable steps to manage risks, but the inherent risks associated with physical activities cannot be completely eliminated.

• Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Under 18s: A parent or guardian must give permission for a child to participate where required.

Photography & Video: Photography and filming may take place at our events. If you do not wish to be intentionally photographed or filmed for Madness Events promotional purposes, please make a member of staff aware before entering the activity area.
